Compound butter is a great way to flavour not just the butter itself but also the foods you decide to put it on, melt it on and mix it in. Oh and guess what? It is so so easy, just 2 ingredients.
You will need...
black garlic POWDER
+ a pinch or two of sea salt to taste
We have not provided amounts in this recipe because it really is by eye and taste. You will put both ingredients into a bowl and mix thouroughly until a nice smooth butter is achieved. If the black garlic is not that visible put more in until you are satisfied with it visually and then taste it. Remember you can always add more but you can never take it away, however it's black garlic so it cant be too much, #amiright?
