Caesar salad is an old time favourite, a classic and a must in our world. With a touch of black garlic POWDER and black garlic MUSTARD you can really bring out the je ne sais quoi in your caesar.
You will need...
2 lg eggs
2 garlic cloves
.5 of a lemon juiced
1-2 tsp of black garlic VINEGAR
1 tbsp of black garlic MUSTARD
1/2 tsp black garlic POWDER
1 cup of grapeseed oil
salt + pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except the oil. Put everything in a blender (food processor) and start on low. Start very slowly pouring the oil in a steady stream while the blender is on until a the right consistency is achieved. Its best to put the oil in a squeeze bottle for a steady stream. You are looking for a consistency of mayo.
We love this dressing for not only caesar salad but also for pizza and veggie dipping sauce, on wings great dip for fries and as a smear for your schnitzel sandwich.
