stonefruit MUSTARD DRESSING

This DRESSING is very simple to make but it is absolutely our favourite on so many things. Firstly as a salad dressing and sandwich spread it is brilliant, it has a touch of sweetness, a touch of sour with a little bit of texture from the mustard seed adding a perfect balance for any veg and/ or protein. Mix it in with some sour cream and/or mayo to make a perfectly balanced dip for fresh veggies and pita as well as WINGS! But...our absolute favourite is on grilled or pan-fried fish.

You will need...

1/4 cup grapeseed oil

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

1tbsp stonefruit MUSTARD

.5-1tbsp of mustard powder *optional

touch of honey *optional

salt + pepper to taste

Blitz all the ingredients together in a high speed blender (vitamix or food processor) or vigorously whisk until a thick' ish consistency is achieved.

Enjoy it on EVERYTHING!

Note - add the mustard powder if you want a bit thicker consistency, this is good when pairing with fish.

- white balsamic vinegar is sometimes called 'white condiment'!? We have no idea why, do you?
