Our chili SALT has a combination of three different peppers: the malaqueta, which is 23-times hotter than the jalapeno, the arbol, which also has lots of heat and the pasilla, which isn't as hot but has lots of flavour. This salt isn't over the top though. It's got a sweet, flavourful aftertaste and is great on popcorn and all meat, but especially steak.
